Some projects with Sears involved the opportunity to join a digital lab that the brand have.

Kicking out some new initiatives to push the brand´s reach and engagement , working directly with developers on pitches and prototypes for Sears Home services.

From one of those initiatives, “Tech Hub” was born,  an app that would help all techs from Sears on the daily tasks related to appliances from the store.

With daily routines like:

  • Inventory

  • Pick up,

  • Repair/replace

  • Returns

  • Signatures

  • Discounts

  • Appliance code scan

  • Paring with a pin pad devise. 

 
 

 We worked on iterations of key flows and analyzed scenarios where variables could be narrowed in order to make an easier use.
